Ember 是一款離線的本地音樂播放器。我們不收集任何個人資料。

• 不收集資料：Ember 不會收集、儲存或傳送任何個人資料、使用行為、裝置識別碼或音樂內容。
• 不連網：App 沒有任何網路功能，不連線到我們或第三方的伺服器，也沒有廣告或分析工具。
• 本機儲存：你的音樂檔案、播放清單與等化器設定只存在你的裝置上（App 的「檔案」資料夾與 App 私有儲存區）。刪除 App 即一併刪除。
• 檔案存取：只有在你透過「檔案」App 或匯入功能主動選取檔案時，Ember 才會讀取這些檔案，且只用於播放與整理曲庫。
• 兒童：Ember 不針對兒童設計，也不會向任何年齡的使用者收集資料。

Ember is an offline, local music player. We do not collect any personal data.

• No data collection: Ember does not collect, store, or transmit personal data, usage data, device identifiers, or your music.
• No network access: the app has no networking features, does not connect to our or any third-party servers, and contains no ads or analytics.
• On-device only: your music files, playlists, and equalizer settings live only on your device (the app’s folder in Files and its private storage). Deleting the app deletes them.
• File access: Ember reads files only when you pick them through the Files app or the import feature, and only to play them and organize your library.
• Children: Ember is not directed at children and collects no data from users of any age.
